PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities include but are not limited to; estimating and review of client proposals, negotiation of contracts and sub-contracts,
preparation of submittals, management of RFIs and preparation of pay applications.
Daily responsibilities include; keeping to a project budget and schedule, attend vendor, sub-contractor and client meetings, track
sub-contract NTO, negotiate and generate change orders for sub-contractors, track client change orders and directives, tend pre-bid meetings,
work with Purchasing Manager on obtaining materials in a timely manner.
Skills and Abilities Required
- Bachelors degree in Construction
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience.
- Able to meet project deadlines and forecasts potential challenges.
- Ability to prioritize and assimilate written and verbal information.
- Excellent follow-up
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate well with other departments and outside agencies, orally and in writing.
- Ability to prepare cost estimates and RFPs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

PROJECT ENGINEER
Supports Project Management by controlling the flow of jobsite paperwork.
Skills and Abilities Required
- Bachelors degree in Construction
- Handle and check working shop drawings
- Document, record and distribute all revisions to working drawings
- Keep as-built drawings track submittals; maintain shop drawings
- Track RFIs
- Record all Change Orders
- Coordinates and oversees completion of preliminary and final punchlists
- Records back charges
- Complete daily subcontractor reports
- Assist Superintendents to maintain schedule
- Enforce quality control guidelines for company and subcontractors
- Maintain records of works in progress
- Keep job-site meeting minutes
- Maintain jobsite safety programs
- Record materials brought and stored onsite

PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR
Supports the activities/responsibilities of the Project Manager, Superintendent; with daily administrative workload.
Skills and Abilities Required
- Clerical Responsibilities
- Assisting the Project Manager with the collection of Schedule of Values
- General Office Duties (filing, copying, faxing, scanning, etc.)
- Team Player
- Computer Skills (word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, etc.)
- Able to adapt and work well under deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
