This property will include a three story 82 room hotel building with outdoor pool/spa and surface parking facility. Construction is anticipated to start August 2008 with estimated top-off January 2009 and completion scheduled to be July 2009. This is one of multiple properties in which our Firm is engaged as the General Contractor.
